Free Pattern: Spider on a Web Lovely

Free Pattern: Spider on a Web Lovely

My bonus kiddo has been begging for a blanket in the car and it was still hot out at the time. I was sweating just watching her using a fleece blanket in 80-90 degree heat lol! I decided it was my duty to make her one she can use in the summer/spring and the fleece ones will come out at a more appropriate time. Since she's still in a booster, I wanted something that could wrap around her and this was PERFECT! I had to make some mods to this blanket but it was too cute to not use (especially since she's into the spooky things.)

The yarn I used : Yarn Bee Sugar Wheel Cotton Sparkle in color "twirls at twilight."

For the color wave I wanted it to ombre so as she grows I can make it larger (if the yarn never gets discontinued...) so between each color is the little bit that ombred between the sections! It added such a cute little detail.

I'm not honestly sure about how many rows were added or how many skeins it took but from what I have left, it looks like it took about 15 skeins. I kept going until I finished every color and crossed my fingers, toes, and whispered a prayer it would be enough... and it was.

Mine might not be perfect but I hope you guys enjoy the pattern as much as we did! Thank you for stopping by!
